Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING 

We aim to ship your item within 3 business days via Australia Post. 

Standard delivery within Australia is FREE when you spend $130 or more. 

We do not offer International Shipping. 

We do not offer Express Shipping. If your request is urgent we suggest shopping in store, or contact us for help.

Please note the following estimated delivery times. These times are an estimate only and will vary according to the time of the year. 

Australia Post, Standard Parcel Post: 3-9 Business Days 

Tracking numbers are provided via email, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that you email is monitored (including junk mail). We deliver to both PO Boxes and residential/business addresses. 

The Gentry Menswear cannot be held responsible for addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive. Visit www.auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html for more information. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At The Gentry Menswear we always want the customer to be happy with their purchase. We will offer exchange or credit notes on change of mind purchases under the following terms: 

- Within 14 Days of Purchase 

- Proof of Purchase is Supplied

- Goods are Returned in Original Condition (unworn, unwashed and tags are still in tact). 

If you are located in Melbourne, feel free to visit our store and exchange your item in person. If you can't make it in store, then return postage is covered by you.  Please include a self-addressed pre-paid post satchel with your return item and we will happily arrange to send the correct size out to you as soon as possible. Please note we cannot be liable for return shipping carried out by the customer so please use tracked shipping to avoid any problems.
